Product Information
Cherry Rocks has made every effort to display and describe all products as accurately as possible. However the colour and image may vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on.
All products are sold from stock; therefore anything you see on our website is available unless stated otherwise. However in the rare occasion that stock levels are incorrect you will be notified immediately by email.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Each item of jewellery purchased from Cherry Rocks is presented in its own individual gift box or jewellery pouch.
Payment
Cherry Rocks accepts payment made through Paypal which offers added security. A Paypal account is not needed to use this service. Please visit Paypal’s website for more information on this service.
If you are concerned about entering your credit or debit card details through the internet you can place your order over the phone or send a cheque which should be made out to “Cherry Rocks”. Personal information you provide is kept until payment clears and is then destroyed. If returning an item you will need to provide us with this information again in order to process the refund back onto your card.
Delivery
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mails 1st class Recorded Delivery Service, requiring a signature on arrival. If you are not home on the day of delivery a card will left stating where you can either collect your item or rearrange a new delivery date. Royal Mail hold items for a maximum of 7 calendar days, after the time has elapsed they will post the items back to us. We will send you an email informing you of this, if you wish for us to re-send your items it will be at a cost to you.
We also offer an express delivery service via Royal Mails Special Delivery. This guarantees your items to be delivered the following day if ordered before 12pm. However this excludes any orders placed on Saturday & Bank holidays. Royal Mail cannot guarantee that orders placed on a Friday will get to you by Saturday.
An email will be sent to you using the email address you provided on acknowledgement of your order. A separate email will also be sent to inform you of the despatch of your goods.

Returns
At Cherry Rocks we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied or the items are not to your taste, please email us immediately stating your reason for return.
Items must then be returned within 7 days using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage obtained, as we at Cherry Rocks cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. In the unlikely event that this should occur you should contact Royal Mail directly.
Returning items must not have been used or worn, and must be returned in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund items where there is evidence that these terms have not been followed. No refunds or exchanges are available on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.
Remember to include your name and address with your returned goods to ensure you refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed back onto its original payment method.
Items not returned within the 7 day period cannot obtain a refund, however are eligible for an exchange.

Jewellery Parties
- We require at least 2 days notice for any party cancellations.
-Party host/hostess is liable for any product theft and will have to pay the full value of any goods taken.
- Parties currently can only be booked within a 60 mile radius of Downpatrick, Co. Down. If your location is outside these perimeters, email us with your location and exemptions may be made.
- Parties will not be held unless there are at least 4 confirmed guests, 7+ guests are recommended.
-We will arrive at your specified location 1 hour before your guests arrive to get set up. A good sized table is necessary for product display.
